Grant Management and Peer Review
In addition to our RFP preparation services, we assist governmental organizations in the administration and processing of grant review applications. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct compliance check on submitted proposals/communicate with agency on any proposals that fail compliance
- Conduct virtual training for grant evaluators (reviewers)
- Conduct pre and post evaluation meetings via conference calls
- Manage the grant evaluators questions
- Compile the scores
- Rank the scores of the proposals
- Prepare all potential data reports
